There is not just one Best thing about Boyneside Strength & Performance. There are several. We strive to get the very best from our lifters, we use nutrition to aid performance, always updating our equipment to keep it at the best of standards and our main focus is technique, we are constantly focusing on good technique. Anybody can come into the gym and be given quality advice on lifting for free and it might not even be a member of staff.
What At Your General Opening Times / Training Times
We open at 7am – 9.30pm Monday to Friday
9am – 6pm Saturday
11am – 3pm Sunday

We have complete Novices to World Champions.
